• Start hydrating 24 hours in advance. Your body has a much better capacity to heal when well hydrated. You can bring water with you, and we will also have water available.
• Dress in comfortable, layered clothing for your session. Your body tends to cool down as you relax, so blankets are provided.
• Street shoes aren't allowed in the room. Please bring a pair of comfortable slippers or other footwear.
• Sessions are booked on the hour. One hour sessions are mostly for relaxation. Two hour plus sessions are recommended to start your body on its healing journey.
• New members please arrive 15 minutes BEFORE your session. It's important that you get there early as you have paperwork to complete.
• You may want to bring a sleep mask if you'd like compete darkness to sleep.
• Please don't use heavy perfumes or oils as some guests are sensitive to strong scents.

Sessions are booked on the hour. One hour sessions are mostly for relaxation. Two hour plus sessions are recommended to start your body on its healing journey. Overnight sessions are even better!

Yes! Best to book at least 72 hours in advance for client compatibility. Dogs must stay on leach in common building areas. Cats must be in a carrier.
